In Chalmers utopia each and every small business in Australia would (& soon will) have their very own dedicated government worker whos job is to tax, spy, fine, and dob on them and them only. Your own personal tax commissioner! Until they are all gone. Then the government can be the big brother it wants to be.
Once upon a time Labor use to rack up the debt and Liberals use to pay it down. It wasn't a perfect system but at least we knew what to expect. Now it's just a race to who can rack up debt the most while in power?
