Small Government Performance Indicator

Now I don’t wish ill on the residents of the ACT per se, but to my mind, a key performance indicator for any small government government is a decline in the property valuation index for the ACT. It historical risk is sadly reflective, given the slow growth in housing stock, of a rapidly increasing population.
