I keep hearing about these things. They are assumed true and virtuous and self evident. But not to me. Can readers assist.
What is a renewable energy superpower?
How much is a fair share of tax?
Why should tax payers fund political parties?
Why is voting compulsory?
Why aren't political donations reported in real time given the information is collected in real time?
Why is "big money" in politics a bad thing?
Why is a high level of Medicare bulk billing a good thing? Why shouldn't people who can afford a co-payment, such as millionaires and billionaires, make a co-payment?
You left out "we know". We know people are doing it tough. We know renewables re the cheapest form of energy. We know the South pacific has suffered under climate change. We know we know we just know.
1. There is no such thing as a renewable energy superpower.
2. Lowest possible level.
3. There is no way taxpayers should fund political parties.
4. Voting should not be compulsory in a democracy.
5. Political donations are not reported in real time as that would not allow the shady deals to be exposed.
6. We might just get people who know how to run a business and budget if we allowed big donations.
7. Anyone who can afford to pay for their health costs should do so.
I tried Spart, however I may be wrong.
