NSW Transport Minister - EV car levies

I am not sure he coined it, but one of my work colleagues once said that it is not a trough as long as he was in it.

And its no surprise to see the rent seeking de-industrial complex is at it because apparently, the NSW Transport Minister Andrew Constance has said:
