As should be evident to subscribers of this SubStack, yours truly is a large consumer of news.
While reading the Australian today, I came upon these two images that caught my eye. I was left more confused.
Image 1 - Foreign Minister Penny Wong meeting with US Secretary of State Marco Rubio. Where are the Aboriginal and Torres Straight Island flags?
Three flags, yes. But two Aussie flags and one US flag? I am confused.
Image 2 - AFP Commissioner Reece Kershaw with Attorney General Mark Dreyfus. This image was a story about the spat of antisemitic terrorist acts around Sydney and Melbourne.
How can Kershaw perform his duties with all that paraphernalia on his shirt. It must take him hours to get dressed. You’d think he was a war veteran with all those medals.
I am confused.
He won all those medals in the great do-nut wars
Pic 1 has the second USA flag over Rubio's right shoulder.
I can't stand that Wong thing tho!!!
