Don't give OzGov any ideas

In some respects, it is a bad thing that Australian governments are insular refusing to look beyond their noses to learn what works and what doesn’t.

This is what Federation is about. To let the states do different things, to compete on ideas and policies, so that the best ideas win and get applied generally.
