Famous Washington Post columnist George Will once wrote:

Those who are alarmed about the amount of money in politics might consider reducing the amount of politics in the distribution of money. 

On this very theme, just imagine this. Organised crime set up a political party to campaign to close down prisons and to ban incarceration. What if there already was such a political party?
